Save support archive

Use this action to save the ServeRAID Manager configuration and status information in an archive file. Your ServeRAID Manager service representative might ask you to create this file to help diagnose a problem with your system.

  1. In the Enterprise view, click (system).

  2. From Action menu, select Save support archive. The "Save as" window opens.

  3. In the File name field, type a name for the archive file or accept the default name.

  4. Click Save.
